What: your name, billing address, delivery address, email address, phone number, and the personalisation details you supply (for example names, numbers, dates or images to be printed).
Why: to perform our contract with you - to produce your order, take payment, arrange delivery, and send you order confirmations and dispatch notices.

We do not receive or store your full card details. Payments are processed by our payment providers, who handle card data directly.

2.2 Device and usage information

What: IP address, browser type and version, time zone, cookie identifiers, pages and products viewed, search terms, and how you interact with the Website.
Why: to load the Website correctly for you, keep it secure, and understand how it is used so we can improve it.

3. Marketing

We only send marketing emails to people who have opted in. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by clicking it or by emailing info@denmary.co.uk. Opting out of marketing does not stop service messages about an order you have already placed (for example dispatch and delivery notifications).

4. Who we share your data with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as far as they need it:

  • Shopify - hosts our online store and processes orders. See shopify.com/legal/privacy.
  • Payment providers - process your payment and screen transactions for fraud.
  • Delivery carriers - receive the name and address needed to deliver your parcel.
  • Email and marketing tools - send order notifications and, where you have opted in, marketing messages.

We may also disclose personal data where we are legally required to do so, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Selling on marketplaces

We also sell through third-party marketplaces. If you bought from us on a marketplace rather than on this Website, that marketplace is the controller of the data you gave it, and its own privacy policy applies to that relationship. We receive from the marketplace only the data we need to fulfil your order.

We keep support correspondence for as long as needed to resolve the matter and to handle any related claim. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Our payment providers apply automated fraud screening to transactions; this does not have a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

10. Children

The Website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. You may supply a child's name or photo as personalisation on a product you are buying; that data is processed as part of your order and under your instruction.

11. Cookies

We use cookies to make the Website work, to remember your basket and preferences, and to understand how the Website is used. Cookies that are not strictly necessary are set only with your consent, which you can change at any time through our cookie settings.
