About DENMARY
I'm Denis, and DENMARY is me. I've been selling online since 2014. The making started a little later, when my wife spotted a textile printing show in Birmingham and, not long after, a vinyl cutter and a heat press were set up at home.
Every order on this site is still made in my home workshop in Wesham, Lancashire. I cut each iron-on transfer to order and weed it by hand, which means picking out every bit of vinyl you don't want, letter by letter. Mugs, ornaments, cushions and aprons are made the same way. One order at a time.
No warehouse. No call centre either. When you email info@denmary.co.uk, I'm the one who reads it and replies, and I aim to do that within one working day.
What to expect
Most orders are made and posted within 1-2 working days, by Royal Mail. I deliver to UK addresses only, and delivery is free on orders of £35 or more. Every delivery option and timing is on the Delivery page, and the Returns and Refunds page explains what happens if something isn't right.
