For the bride's own hen weekend tee: The Bride on top, a heart divider, and her name underneath. Who makes it

Hi, I'm Denis. I make everything here myself.

I've been selling online since 2014. The making came a little later, when my wife spotted a textile printing show in Birmingham, and before long a vinyl cutter and a heat press were set up at home.

Today every order on this site is made by me in my home workshop in Wesham, Lancashire. I cut the transfers and weed each one by hand, which means picking out every bit of vinyl you don't want, letter by letter. I make the mugs, ornaments, cushions and aprons myself, one order at a time.

There's no warehouse and no call centre. When you email, I'm the one who reads it and replies.

The customer service from this company was excellent, I cannot praise Denmary enough. The items are if an excellent quality and unlike many other sellers on Etsy are actually ceramic rather than plastic. They instantly feel and look like care and thought has went into these baubles. Excellent for that special gift. Good to know before you order

Is everything made to order?

Yes. Nothing waits on a shelf. I make your order after you place it, then post it to you by Royal Mail.

How much is postage?

Postage is charged once per order, however many items you buy. You choose the speed at checkout. All prices and times are on the Delivery page.

Can I get it for a certain date?

Tell me before you order. Email info@denmary.co.uk with the date and I'll tell you honestly if I can post it in time.

What if something arrives wrong or damaged?

Email info@denmary.co.uk with your order number and a photo, and I'll put it right at my cost. Here's exactly how: Returns and refunds.

Can I return a personalised item?

Anything made with your names, words or photo can't be sent back just because you've changed your mind. You can still cancel before I start making it, so email me straight away. If it's faulty or I got it wrong, I'll always put it right. Returns and refunds

Do you post outside the UK?

Not at the moment. I post to UK addresses only.
