How you follow your parcel depends on the delivery option you chose at checkout.
Free UK Delivery, Tracked Delivery, Express and all hoodies
When your parcel leaves me, you get a dispatch email with a Royal Mail tracking number. Tap the link in that email, or enter the number at royalmail.com/track-your-item.
Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery goes by Royal Mail 2nd Class, which has no tracking. You still get a dispatch email on the day your parcel is posted, but there is no number to follow. Royal Mail aims to deliver 2nd Class in 2-3 working days after posting.
Not arrived?
Email info@denmary.co.uk with your order number. On a tracked parcel I can see where it stopped. On 2nd Class, Royal Mail will not open a claim until a set number of working days have passed, so I ask you to allow 14 days from dispatch before I start one. Tell me sooner if you are worried and I will check what I can. Your rights are in section 7 of the Cancellations, Returns and Refunds Policy.
