- 111oz - approximately 9.5cm high and 8cm in diameter. Print area 95 x 210mm.
- 2White throughout, or a Red, Black, Pink or Light Blue inner and handle - pick in the dropdown.
- 3Ceramic with a glossy finish; the design is heat-printed and fused into the glaze.
What arrives
- One 11oz ceramic mug with this design, printed by me.
- Packed securely in a protective mug box.
- Add a matching ceramic coaster or choose Gift Box packaging in the dropdowns.
Care
- Dishwasher safe.
- Suitable for microwave use, but not for extended periods or high-temperature heating.
- Avoid abrasive scourers.

- Standard 2nd Class, £3.75 3-5 working days in total
- Free and tracked on orders of £35 or more Royal Mail Tracked 48, 3-5 working days
- Tracked 24, £4.65 2-3 working days in total
- Express, £13.35 Order by 1pm, delivered by 1pm next working day
One postage charge per order, however many items you buy.
If something is wrong
- Faulty, damaged or not what you ordered? Email a photo and your order number to info@denmary.co.uk. I'll replace it or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer, and you won't pay to send it back. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
- This design isn't personalised, so you can change your mind up to 14 days after it arrives. Email me and I'll send the return address, then post it back within 14 days of telling me. Return postage is yours to pay. I'll refund the price and standard delivery within 14 days of the mug reaching me, or of you sending me proof of postage if that's sooner.
- Unhappy for any other reason? Email me anyway. I'll always look at what I can do.

Good to know before you order
Is it dishwasher and microwave safe?
It's dishwasher safe. It's fine in the microwave for short heating, but not for long spells or at high power. Skip abrasive scourers.
Will the print wear off?
The design is heat-printed into the glaze, not stuck on top, so there's no film to peel. It's made for everyday tea and coffee.
Can I print on both sides?
Most designs can be, under Print Side. Depending on the design, you can repeat it, add your own words on the back, or add a photo. For a photo, choose a photo option and upload it in the personalisation box.
Will it look like the photos?
The photos show how your design sits on the mug. I print exactly what you type, so check the spelling before you order.
Does it come in a gift box?
Every mug travels in a protective box. For a present, choose a gift box under Extras.
I need it for a certain date.
