Legal Notice for Intellectual Property Rights
As a dedicated small business specializing in personalized gifts, we hold a deep respect for intellectual property rights. As creators and designers ourselves, we understand the significance of protecting original work and would be disheartened if our creations were used without permission. We value the creative community to which we belong and strive to uphold the highest standards in respecting and safeguarding intellectual property.
Our source works are carefully selected from either the public domain or commercial licenses that we and/or our partners have acquired. We also ensure that any other materials used are closely monitored for compliance with usage rights.
We engage freelance artists, purchase commercial licenses, and welcome art submissions. If you inform us that your rights are being infringed by one of our users, we will take the necessary steps to remove the infringing content from our products. Should the user persist in infringing your rights (or the rights of others), we will terminate the user’s access to our services.
