We offer various types of personalisation to make your gift truly unique. The methods we use include:

- Vinyl Cut: Perfect for clothing and accessories. This method provides durable and high-quality text or graphics.

- Inkjet Printing: Great for paper and card products. This method ensures crisp and clear images and text.
The type of personalisation available will depend on the specific product you choose. Each product page will provide options for the applicable personalisation methods.
How long does it take to process and ship a personalised order?
We strive to process personalised orders as quickly as possible. The creation process typically takes between 1 and 3 days, depending on the complexity of the personalisation and our current workload. Please note that during busy periods, such as Christmas, processing times may be longer.

- United Kingdom:
- Standard Shipping (Royal Mail 48): Usually delivered within 2-3 working days from dispatch. However, this cannot be guaranteed in case of delays.
- Royal Mail 24 TRACKED: Fully tracked and usually delivered the next working day from dispatch.
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- Rest of World: 1–3 weeks
Please be aware that we are not responsible for any delays that occur during transit.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
We strive to process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. However, if you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If we have not yet started processing your order, we can make adjustments to the personalisation details.
Please reach out to our customer support team with your order number and the changes you would like to make. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
What is your return policy for personalised gifts?
You can return orders at your own cost within 30 days of receiving them. Be sure to include your order number. Please contact customer services via the platform you purchased on or at info@denmary.co.uk.
A refund of the original cost minus postage will be issued once we receive your return in resalable condition.
Please note that items customised to your specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the statutory right of cancellation and from our standard return policy, meaning they cannot be returned even if defective.

We use a variety of high-quality materials and professional techniques to ensure your personalised gifts are perfect. Our materials are sourced from trusted suppliers within the UK, and we use professional equipment to achieve the best results.

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
Yes, we offer gift wrapping services for many of our products. If gift wrapping is available for a particular item, you will see an option to select gift wrapping on the product page. This service is available for an additional fee.
You can also view the available gift wrapping options directly on the product page. Simply select the desired gift wrapping option before adding the item to your cart.
Can I see a preview of my personalised gift before I order?
Due to the volume of orders and speed of production, it is not possible to provide proofs, mock-ups, or previews of your orders. Our in-house design team will use the best fit to produce your order.
However, if a preview is important to you, please contact us after placing your order. We can provide up to two free visual proofs upon request. Any additional revisions will incur an additional fee.
Are there any limitations on the characters or text I can use for personalisation?
All limitations on characters and text for personalization will be specified in the input field when you provide your personalisation details. Available fonts are also presented on the product page.
Please ensure that the text you enter fits within the specified limits. Additionally, we reserve the right to reject any text that contains offensive or inappropriate language.
What should I do if there is a mistake with my personalised order?
If you notice a mistake with your personalised order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will ensure that your text is copied and pasted exactly as you supply it to us, so please make sure all spelling and grammar are correct before submitting your order. Unfortunately, we cannot fix any mistakes after printing.
