Delivery

Most of our products are personalized and handmade to order, but we aim to process your order as quickly as possible! We strive to get all orders out within 1-3 working days of ordering. However, please bear in mind that this timeframe can increase during busy periods like Christmas. We do our best to keep our dispatch times up to date and will keep you informed during these busy times.

All UK orders are sent at a standard rate via Royal Mail. The price of P&P depends on the service chosen at checkout.

If you need your order quicker and are in the UK, please contact us before placing your order to discuss options. Please note, we can't promise anything during busy periods like Christmas.

Delivery Times

• United Kingdom: 1-5 business days
• Europe: 5-10 business days
• Rest of World: 1-3 weeks

Delivery times can be longer during busy periods like Christmas. We are not responsible for delays during transit.

Standard shipping is via Royal Mail 48, usually 2-3 working days from dispatch, but this cannot be guaranteed if there are delays.

Royal Mail 24 TRACKED orders are fully tracked and usually delivered the next working day from dispatch.

Large orders are dispatched via express next working day. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order. Standard shipping is £2.99 but can vary depending on the chosen service.

Delivery will only be made to the shipping address stated on your order. Please ensure this is correct when ordering.

Tracking

All orders are dispatched with a tracking reference linked to the order. Standard shipping includes delivery confirmation, updating only when Royal Mail attempts delivery.

If you chose TRACKED shipping, it is a fully tracked service via Royal Mail.

Free Delivery: All orders over £50 qualify for free next-day delivery via Royal Mail 24Hrs tracked service.

Customs and Import Taxes

All international orders are sent via a tracked and signed service. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs and are not liable for any customs or import taxes that may be due. If the customer forfeits the payment or does not accept the package due to customs charges, the items will be returned to our warehouse. We will refund the cost of goods minus the shipping and any charges incurred while in transit.

It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of their own country's rules and regulations regarding imports from the UK.

Bank Holidays

Although we work on most bank holidays, our couriers do not collect from us on these days. Please allow an extra 2 working days if ordering within the bank holiday period for your order to be processed and dispatched.

You cannot get a refund for items that arrive too late due to courier issues. The delivery estimate is just an estimation and nothing guaranteed!
