Size, finish and care
Size and finish
- 111oz: about 9.5cm tall and 8cm across. Print area 95 x 210mm.
- 215oz: about 12cm tall and 8.5cm across, white only.
- 311oz comes all white, or with a black, red, pink or light blue inside and handle.
- 4Glossy ceramic. The design is heat-printed into the glaze, so there is no film to peel.
What arrives
- One ceramic mug with the design shown, printed by me.
- Packed in a protective mug box.
- Optional extras in the menu: a matching coaster (10 x 10cm, cork base, square or round) and a kraft gift box.
Care
- Dishwasher safe, top rack is best.
- 11oz: fine for short bursts in the microwave, not for long heating.
- Avoid abrasive scourers.

- Free and tracked on orders of £35 or more Royal Mail Tracked 48, 3-5 working days
- Tracked 24, £4.65 2-3 working days in total
- Express, £13.35 Order by 1pm, delivered by 1pm next working day
One postage charge per order, however many items you buy.
If something is wrong
- Faulty, damaged or not what you ordered? Email a photo and your order number to info@denmary.co.uk. I'll replace it or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer, and you won't pay to send it back. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
- Because it's made with your words or photo, I can't take it back for a change of mind. You can cancel before I start making it, so email me as soon as you can.
- Unhappy for any other reason? Email me anyway. I'll always look at what I can do.

Good to know before you order
Is it dishwasher and microwave safe?
It's dishwasher safe. It's fine in the microwave for short heating, but not for long spells or at high power. Skip abrasive scourers.
Will the print wear off?
The design is heat-printed into the glaze, not stuck on top, so there's no film to peel. It's made for everyday tea and coffee.
Can I print on both sides?
Most designs can be, under Print Side. Depending on the design, you can repeat it, add your own words on the back, or add a photo. For a photo, choose a photo option and upload it in the personalisation box.
Will it look like the photos?
The photos show how your design sits on the mug. I print exactly what you type, so check the spelling before you order.
Does it come in a gift box?
Every mug travels in a protective box. For a present, choose a gift box under Extras.
